This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all Products purchased from Seek Corvette. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final
All Products are sold on a final sale basis. Except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided after purchase.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the item is non-refundable at the time of purchase.
2. Back-Ordered Items (Full Refund)
If a Product you ordered is on back order or becomes unavailable, we may terminate the sale. In that case, you will receive a full refund for that item. This is the only refund we provide for stock-related reasons.
3. Return Shipping Is Always Paid by the Buyer
In any situation where a return is authorized by us, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return postage. This applies regardless of the reason for the return, except where applicable law requires otherwise (for example, certain defective-goods situations in some jurisdictions).
4. Your Legal Rights (Non-Excludable)
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may still be entitled to a remedy if:
- The Product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially not as described, or
- The Product is never delivered.
If you believe one of these applies, contact us within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and supporting details or photos. We will review your claim and, where required by law or in our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund. We may require the item to be returned before issuing any remedy; return shipping remains the buyer's responsibility except where the law provides otherwise.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not accept returns of items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery, or items missing original packaging.
6. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.

Do not ship any item back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
