These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services offered by Seek Corvette ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, accessing, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using our website you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

We sell automotive and mechanical parts and related items ("Products"). We make reasonable efforts to display Products, specifications, and fitment information accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or availability are error-free, complete, or current. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that a Product is correct for their intended application before purchase.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Some Products may be on back order at the time of purchase. If a Product you ordered is unavailable or on back order, we may terminate the sale and issue you a full refund for that item. This is the sole circumstance in which a refund is issued for reasons within our control (see the Returns Policy for your separate legal rights regarding defective or non-delivered goods).

Your submission of an order is an offer to buy. No order is accepted until we confirm it and process payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Shipping timelines, responsibilities, and terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Except as required by applicable law, all sales are final.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that shipping times vary and that you are responsible for contacting us to confirm shipping status and estimated delivery of your Product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to any Product or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, lost profits, installation costs, or damage to vehicles or property, arising from the use or inability to use any Product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Except where a manufacturer's warranty applies or where non-excludable statutory rights exist, Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of any Product, including improper installation or use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. The Terms in effect at the time of your order govern that order.
